or, How To Create a Game In Less Space Than These Two Screenshots of the Game.
I came across this game via Joystiq. “.kkrieger” is a FPS game [demo] in roughly 96k. Take a look.

The two screenshots here are roughly 50k each, which is the real amazing part, considering they outweigh the entire game. In Unreal Tournament a single texture or weapon effect can easily be bigger than this whole “game.” Game is scarequoted since this is only a “demo” with one level and the gameplay really needs work. But, you know, it’s 96k. If this thing were developed on the gameplay front and made into a full-scale Doom-like shareware scenario it could be a phenomenon.

This makes me really nostalgic for the days of simple, straightforward gameplay and games that could fit on floppy discs.
